24.01.2022 So this is where we are at in our tree change journey... waiting to hear when the land will be ready any day now, the house had been modified and modified and modified think we have it just right now lol The move went well and I’m enjoying some down time before I go back to full time work in a LDC center for the duration of the build Bring on the next crazy 6months

22.01.2022 Today will be the last day of operation of Care 4 Little 1’s FDC in Raby due to the sale of our home, & our tree change. I have mixed emotions today, happy to be following our dreams of land and building our dream home yet very sad to be leaving all my amazing families & special little friends I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everybody for supporting me and my small business over the last four years. I will treasure memories I have, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for entrusting me with your precious children. I have made some amazing lifelong friends and hope you will come to visit me once I’m set up and reopen in Wingello.

21.01.2022 This week past has been a big one for my family all our well laid plans are coming together... We have water, power, septic and now the house pad has temp fencing and the ground has been broken ready for the slab to be laid next week Notice has been given at both work and my children’s school to relocate to Wingello in 7 days to watch our forever home grow from the ground up It he’s taken two years to get to this point and we all couldn’t me more excited to embark on our tree change and open Wingello’s first FDC

21.01.2022 Times are tough and everyone has been hit in many different ways... in saying that we will come back bigger and better on the other side. Stay positive and recognise the silver lining spend time with your loved ones, relax and slow down your day and mind. Anyone can love and care for children, keep them safe and teach them things but it takes a lot to do it every day with children you don’t know well and are not related too. To all my educator friends stay strong we will be run off our feet again soon enough

13.01.2022 Hi everyone in wingello, I am currently working in a long day care service until I open and return to FDC (I’m so excited for that day ) I noticed a post from Amy Finch suggesting people to give these ago. Well we have made 6 using our return and earn money hoping to reduce reuse and recycle as well as help the wildlife in fire ravaged areas. It’s a win-win if you ask me. I would love it if anyone would be willing to hang one on their property And would greatly appreciate it if they could post a photo here so I could show the children that helped make them. I will be in Wingello over the weekend and I happy to meet at the shop of deliver it direct.

03.01.2022 Our little home away from home is nearly done and ready for us to stay in as the house build kicks off very soon I would like to acknowledge I am aware Wingello has been doing it very tough over the last few weeks with all the terrible fires. A massive thank you is due to the RFS and amazing community members that have all came together to protect homes and so much more. Looking at the bright side I can see something wonderful has come from this, the sense of community and caring for each other is very clear. I can see in this amazing community is so phenomenal, I just can’t wait to be a part of it and provide some high-quality childcare to these wonderful families.
