21.01.2022 I know there are many of you who take coffee really seriously, so I thought this analogy would help make sense of what Young Living is about. I hear your eye rolls! Have you ever bought oils off the shelf (they are literally available everywhere) and wondered what the fuss is about? Not getting the results you thought you would? Young Living is the ONLY company that can guarantee that you’re getting a first distillation batch of oils.... First distillation? What are you on about? Let’s talk about it from the perspective of coffee. The coffee on the left was the first pot of coffee brewed with fresh ground beans. That's first distillation cup of coffee. The next cup is brewed using the same grounds as before. Second distillation. This was done four more times using those same coffee grounds all the way to the 6th distillation cup of coffee. This is what you’re potentially buying off the shelf at Target, Kmart, chemists, retailers and online. 6th distillations (and higher), adding in some synthetic materials, putting them on their shelves, and calling this dirty water- essential oils. Even more disturbing... the label probably says 100% pure AND not all ingredients listed on the back. If this was how your local cafe was brewing and serving up your coffee, I’m pretty certain you’d frantically search for a better option. Just saying........ 18.01.2022 Gout! My upline made an undiluted blend of Lemon, Panaway, Pine and Wintergreen for a neighbour with gout in his foot. Over night it went away! He said that whenever he feels a twinge of it coming back he rubs it on and it’s gone within a couple of hours. Rahel is starting him on Alkalime which just may stop his monthly reoccurrences all together. Stay tuned

16.01.2022 DIY cleaning with ingredients you have at home can be super easy and is one way you can reduce the amount of toxins in your house! Adhesive remover: Put a few drops of Lemon essential oil on a cotton ball and scrub wherever needed!... Crayon remover: Apply a splash of Thieves Household Cleaner and 3 drops of Lemon essential oil to a damp rag. Wipe drawings off the walls Repeat until the art is gone Stovetop cleaner: Mix equal parts of Thieves Household cleaner and Thieves Automatic Dishwasher Powder and combine into a paste Add 2 drops of Eucalyptus Radiata essential oil Garbage disposal refresher: Refresh the disposal with a clean scent! Pour one capful of Thieves Household Cleaner down the disposal. Let sit 5 minutes. Add cup baking soda and cup white vinegar. Let sit until fizzing stops. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil; pour down the drain. Turn on disposal and run cold water for 30 seconds. Pour 3 drops of Purification essential oil blend in the disposal for an extra-fresh scent. Toilets, Sinks, and Tubs Scrub: Mix two parts baking soda with one part Thieves Household Cleaner, or until you have paste like consistency. Add two drops of Purification essential oil. Use the mixture on tile, grout, and sinks and wash with off with a wet rag. Wood cabinet polish: Polish your cabinets and eliminate buildup! In a spray bottle or bowl, mix the following: 5-10 drops Pine essential oil cup olive oil capful Thieves Household Cleaner Apply evenly to cabinets with a damp cloth. Apply to the soles of the feet for protection, especially in winter. Main oil in an immune roller. Mix with baking soda for a powerful bathroom scrub. Make your own hand purifier by mixing with aloe vera gel and a small amount of water. Add to water and gargle for an effective mouth wash, apply to back of throat when sore. Add a few drops to the dishwasher. DIY immune roller, keep in your purse and apply when in crowded places. Add a few drops to a handkerchief in the laundry for extra cleansing. Apply to feet before putting on socks and shoes. Dilute with a carrier oil for a warming chest rub. Diffuse, or apply on the feet in cold weather as it’s very warming! Every day after meeting many people, apply a few drops on the soles of feet at night. Diffuse to protect and cleanse your home and pets. Add a few drops to a damp cloth to clean walls. Diffuse to create a chemical free environment that is clean and sanitised.

01.01.2022 DIY YOGA MAT SPRAY What you'll need:... 3/4 cup distilled water 1/4 cup alcohol-free witch hazel 1/4 teaspoon tea tree oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia in Australia) 2-4 drops lavender oil 2-4 drops peppermint oil What You'll need to do: Combine all ingredients and pour into 250ml spray bottle. Shake up your mixture before each use. A batch this size should last you 2-3 months, depending on how often and thoroughly you clean your mat.
