06.01.2022 HYGIENE Here are some healthy hygiene habits to remember. Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water. This is... one of the most important ways to avoid contracting disease or infection. Maintain at least a one metre of distance between anyone who is coughing or sneezing. When people cough or sneeze they spray small droplets of liquid from their nose or mouth which may contain any virus. If you are too close you can breathe in the droplets. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention early. Daily updates on COVID-19 in Australia are available at www.health.gov.au

Always try to keep on hand at least a weeks supply of medications If symptoms do not settle, you should seek medical advice. People on home oxygen treatment should continue as prescribed, if breathlessness worsens, contact your doctor To receive real time alerts download the free AirRater app https://airrater.org
