21.01.2022 hhmmm this is VERY interesting. Our country is notoriously short of magnesium in its soil, thereby not giving us much in our food. This new magnesium is better absorbed by the brain! yay! there is hope yet for improving my memory :-)

If a person is telling you something important, don't just forget about it once the conversation is over; ask about it later. * You don't have to say, "Uh, huh," or to nod too aggressively when the person is talking to show that you are really listening. 07.01.2022 Here's cheers to the Helensvale Library and Cultural Centre! Very impressed with their many activities and building. Great entertainment for all ages. Recently visited with a lovely Senior Cit to see a Variety show. $5- and awesome fun for all was had there. So heart warming to see oldies and not so oldies, disability and aged all having a whale of a time with dancing, singing and enjoying life. Ah! A pleasure.
