25.01.2022 Now offering Virtual Appointments! In response to COVID-19, we are taking the necessary measures to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy, including social distancing. We are now offering online appointments for career development support to clients via video or phone, as an alternative option to meeting face to face. We use Zoom for providing virtual consultations and feedback from clients who have accessed career development support from our Career Consultants this ...way has been really positive. Zoom is easy to use you just need Internet access, and we send you the link to open (no requirements to download or do anything else). 10.01.2022 Engaging Employers in Difference In March a group of around 15 Employment Support and DES providers gathered at the first Engaging Employers in Difference Seminar. Jo Marshall from Culturise is passionate about getting people with difference onto, and along the pathway to employment and does a lot of work engaging employers to get involved. The seminar helps participants develop their skills in engaging with employers; encouraging everyone to take stock of how we need to ...focus on listening and learning before we try to sell an outcome to the employer.
