24.01.2022 Life is magical...trust me I know! This shows a picture my daughter Ebony Jade created as a quick last minute Mother's Day gift this year when I had a spontaneous opportunity to be in Sydney with them...it has been pinned on my sml fridge...today I opened my eyes from a strong breathwork meditation to see the colours she had gifted me...realising these I had already painted into my newest painting being created...LOVE IT! 17.01.2022 The pause...valuable, vital and this time elongated between artistic creation...So many avenues to explore and feel out...Feeling each one and gliding through the best I can...though knowing that my freedom to express with colour, pattern, form is here for me whenever I am ready and willing to apply myself...always here for me...such comfort I feel when I allow myself to release pressure to meet expectation and simply see the colours...a requested painting...a surprise unfolding I am looking forward with excitement to release to a friend of my mother's when it's complete...I'll keep you posted ;)

12.01.2022 The Gypsy Spirit within serves me well...to activate and enliven spontaneity..being in flow...boldness..connectedness with nature and confidently 'having a go'...lessening inhibitions and stepping in to new experience and adventure.. This piece was created outside at a park in Burpengary and a kitchen shelter at Crystal Waters Ecopark...on 3 occasions she had men from Fijian origins come a sit with her..Sharing story...all beautiful, brave and respectful men... 09.01.2022 Never before did I believe that I would be producing artwork that had a financial exchange....until I dared to have a GO!....Now next level of evolution into humility...I am revealing here a glimpse of a painting being created for my mother with whom harmonious relationship had been a distant memory until I dared to have a GO at reconnecting and she was open to it...she asked for cherry blossoms after her recent travel adventure in Japan...this is what is coming through me...I don't know exactly how I know how to do this...I sure am loving the exploration of creativity!

08.01.2022 To my artistic expression I owe the humblest of apologies... ....a life of 'busyness' I have been creating, exhaustion I have given myself another experience of...ENOUGH now! ...I pledge for the Xmas period I will indulge myself in painting, rest, dance, meditation and song.... ,...I pledge that I will take steps to realign myself to my intention of allowing JOY to be my teacher this year and thank the old outdated beliefs, that hard work is the 'how' to be successful, for being of service at a time in my life, though open myself up to a free flowing downstream current at this time. ...I pledge that I will again connect into gentleness, kind hearted support, receiving spirit's abundance in all ways. 08.01.2022 For the LOVE of creating through the artistic expression of painting!!!!!!!! Sometimes it's REALLY challenging to make it important enough to just do it!!! This time has offered many moments to redirect my energies and efforts away from sitting down and painting to bring the latest piece to completion... and the other day utilised a tool in my bag by allowing myself to NOT paint THAT painting... and instead revamp a dirty old canvas from an Op shop. ... The result was that I uncomplicated painting by using just 2 colours of paint...I simplified to just dotting which has a profound therapeutic effect for me and I have a inexpensive artwork for my bedroom...winning....flowing....
