24.01.2022 For us as student pilots, it is an easy task to plan a flight, load up the pane with goods and deliver them to a remote area in need. For those in need, it means the world to them. A special thanks is due to the team at GIVIT - Goods For Good Causes for collecting and delivering the freight to us this week for the Qld SES. The response we received from the SES in Biloela for our efforts was "We cannot thank you guys enough for the effort have put in. No one else has been... able to bring these types of supplies in so quickly." All thanks must go to the charities such as Givit, who actually have the skills and initiative to organise the goods, and of course to those who donate. Us pilots at CareFreight are extremely proud to be assisting where possible. Whether it be one generator and some sunscreen, or some morning tea kits to help lift the spirits of the people in town, we are glad to help out. For the #avgeeks below are a few pics cruising home after the drop off at a cool 9500ft. Perfect weather and had a great view of some textbook Anvils! Made awesome ground speed at that altitude too :)

21.01.2022 Greg's aircraft at thangool this afternoon after dropping off a heap of supplies for Qld SES

09.01.2022 Jordyn and I were also able to make an 80kg delivery of donated goods to Thangool/Biloela today. On-board were more cleaning products, another generator, drinking water, mops and brooms. The Queensland SES are putting in a huge effort out there to get the place cleaned up. I'm proud to be able to fly these goods in for for them, and SO grateful I'm surrounded by other pilots willing to pitch in.

07.01.2022 More pics from Gregs trip this week. All loaded up and in balance with a 200 kg load. Looks like blood sweat and tears went into making this flight possible?

07.01.2022 Greg Lobchenko has just delivered over 200kg of donated freight for the SES out in Thangool today. Generators, mops, buckets, cleaning products, if you need it to clean up a flood, Greg had it onboard! Greg was donating his time, aircraft and skills to complete this CareFreight sortie today. I trust his efforts are greatly appreciated by the Queensland SES and the people of Biloela/Thangool
