The most significant relates to how overtime is calculated for casual employees. Starting 1st of March 2021 overtime rates for casual employees are to be calculated by adding the casual loading to the hourly rate for the classification (plus any payable all-purpose allowance) before applying the overtime rates for full-time and part-time employees currently prescribed in the Award.
