This portrait session is also open to Jnr Kindy children moving off to Pre Prep should you wish to attend. If your child attends on the day no need for parents to be there. 14.01.2022 Our morning centre welcome. Each day our centre starts our day at 9:15am with a morning acknowledgement to country and group singing. We are so lucky to have many staff and children from all around the world and it allows our children to learn songs in multiple languages. Its wonderful to see our children engaged and joining in with learning the words to many new songs. Today we invited kindergarten children to sing in front of the group where they sang in Chinese.

14.01.2022 Carey Lane Christmas Photoshoot day - Tuesday the 8th of December 2020 CHRISTMAS PORTRAITS We are excited to announce that we have booked Flutter Bug Photography visit the centre on Tuesday the 8th of December from 7am to take Christmas Themed Portraits both individual and sibling photoshoots can be booked. If you have already finished at the centre for the year that is ok you are very welcome to attend the centre on this day and we will let you know as soon as the images ar...e ready for collection. HOW TO BOOK Please complete the booking form in the foyer. Simply write your child's name on the form in the next available time slot. PAYMENT Step 1. Child has the photo taken on the 8th of December Step 2. You will receive a payment sheet option on the day of the shoot. Step 3. Parents will have until the 15th of December to make payment ONLINE. STEP 4. Images will be back at the centre by the 18th of December 2020

10.01.2022 We have HIRED! Miss Tammy is our new Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) recently appointed to our Kindergarten Room. We are pleased to have hired such an experienced teacher. Miss Tammy has taught in many classrooms across Japan and Thailand and speaks Japanese fluently. Please join me in welcoming her to our team.

07.01.2022 A morning in the GARDEN Miss Deb teaching the children to weave with sticks and wool, musical instruments. Garden exploration and rolling tyres are just some of the learning through play that was enjoyed in our Snr Playground today.

04.01.2022 Today the Kindergarten Room helped Owen to celebrate his birthday. Yummy yummy Owen brought in an ice cream cake.

03.01.2022 Over the last month Jnr Kindy and Kindergarten have revamped the worm farm setup. We purchased new worms and setup materials needed. Miss Deb cleaned out the farm and together the children helped to set it all up. Each room received a new compost bin and at meal times the children gather leftover scraps and feed the woms. Miss Rita in our kitchen also helps recycle her scraps each day as part of our program. The children collect the scraps from miss Rita daily. Here is a few images of Miss Deb engaged in discussion about the work farm with a small group of children.
