I might not be a chef but I created Karibbean Corner to share my love and passion for food. It's all about tasty food cooked with love and I'm honored to have shared my home cooking style thousands of people and made me famous in Perth, Australia. It's a great achievement.. I still remember the crazy wings nights . Let me give you some quick tips and ticks... to create delicious meals while you are in confinement on my future post. Trust me, you dont need exceptional culinary skills. You just need to love food as much as I do. 21.01.2022 The most exciting part of Karibbean Corner is the freedom to create. The Mad Mac We already had the Masoko burger with a fried bread, a super creation in itself. Then we brainstormed on the ultimate Caribbean themed burger bun, and what better to crumb and fried the than the Bajan Macaroni Pie. We added our famous Jerk Boucané chicken, smoky beef Bacon and wait wait what about avocado... ... Well the picture speak for themselves.

11.01.2022 I went to Italy , Martinique ,Guadeloupe ( french caribbean ) and France from my kitchen to the dinner table. Yeah sometimes I travel via food. France : magret de canard au miel et sauté de légume ( duck breast with honey and fried vegetable ) Guadeloupe : poivron farcie au buf accompagné de riz et haricots rouge au lait de coco ( stuffed capsicum with beef and coconut rice and peas ) Italie : panacota avec coulis de fraise et groseille ( panacota with strawberries and redcurant coulis ) Martinique : mont-blanc gâteau au coco ( coconut cake ) Trust me really simple to do but so good .
