Please note that it is a strict requirement of the termite barrier warranty that your home is inspected on an annual basis.... Please see what date your property will be inspected below. 02.01.2022 Huge congratulations to our Resident Building Manager Emma and her husband Fletcher who on Friday morning welcomed their beautiful baby boy Jackson Fletcher Porter, weighing 7lb 7oz, everyone is doing great, Emma will be on maternity leave until early next year, however in the meantime Chantel and Kwan will be here and things will continue running as normal.
