As you know I had flown in from Latvia to the news that my Aunty had passed away whilst I was in transit. From the very first day I met you to discuss funeral arrangements you have answered all my questions promptly and ... accurately and provided the information and advice that I needed for the parts of the funeral that I was responsible for. The fact that Mum passed away on Boxing Day was not a problem for you and you arrived in a very timely manner to collect her, for which we are grateful. The funeral went completely according to plan. You were there the entire time making sure things progressed smoothly, but at no time did I feel you were intrusive in any way. Your manner at all times was caring and respectful and I am so glad that I chose Caring Funerals instead of one of the non-Australian firms. 07.01.2022 I wish to say thank you to Caring Funerals for the efficiency and professionalism that they showed during the funeral of my beloved dad on 15 August this year. ...It felt good knowing that they were there to organise everything and make sure that everything happened in sequence and went well. 04.01.2022 Dear Adam and Darryl, This is just a quick note to say thank you very much for all your help in arranging and attending at Dads funeral today. My family were all touched by how well you looked after us and how sensitively you dealt with all the arrangements. We particularly appreciated how you were able to step in at such short notice, dealing flexibly and without fuss with the uncertainty arising from not being able to confirm the church arrangements until the last moment. ...Could you please pass on our thanks to Brian as well.
