18.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has been checking in each week using the Carisbrooke parkrun COVID-Safe QR code. We have been issued with a new QR code so please use this code from this week onwards. Multiple copies of the code will be available at the event or you can check-in in advance using the code below. We highly encourage all participants, volunteers and spectators to scan the code each week. For those without access to a smart phone, help will be available at the event to scan you in. Event volunteers are happy to register you using their device so please see the Run Director or any of the other friendly, orange-clad vollies. Children accompanied by their parents, do not need to check-in.

14.01.2022 Following the future easing of restrictions by the State Government, we anticipate a return to parkrun on the 5th December. We would like to fill our volunteer roster, so we are ready to go. If you already volunteered on the 5th we hope you still can. We will need a few more roles filled though.... 05.01.2022 RETURN OF PARKRUN DELAYED Unfortunately due to the latest developments with the new Covid outbreak in Adelaide, parkrun restart will be delayed. Here is the latest update from parkrun Australia Due to yesterday’s announcement from the South Australian Government, the reopening of parkrun in South Australia due this Saturday 21 November will now be delayed by a minimum of two weeks.... We will keep you updated.

04.01.2022 This Saturday parkrun will look a little different. We are ask that you social distance at the event. Our run briefing will short and sweet and as we will be social distancing it's important to be quiet while we go through it. Thank you. All the volunteers will be hand sanitising. When you finish and go to our friendly Barcode Scanner you will need to show both to them and place your token into a container. Make sure you have your Barcode ready. The Tokens will be cleaned du...ring the week ready for our next event. We will be posting further updates leading up to Saturday so keep your eye on our FB page. We thank you for your understanding. PS we are still after a Timekeeper and Token volunteers for this Saturday's event to go ahead.
