As someone who has struggled with weight for most of my life it is easy to beat myself up about my personal health, weight and goals. 03.01.2022 I cannot believe December is almost upon us. I am reflecting the last year that was and the emotional rollercoaster it has put me on. From major changes in our lives, going through some big downs as a mumma, fighting through illness, grief and pushing through when I just did not want to. I am absolutely grateful for every single day and experience 2018 has provided me with. I have learnt more about myself, not just as a mum, but as a woman and how fucking capable I am. ...I had some big ah-ha moments, and some fuck you moments. As we get closer to having celebrations with our nearest and dearest, sit and reflect back on how this year has been for you. Are you where you want to be?
