23.01.2022 Hi everyone. I have decided to close. I am well and the kids are well but I just can't take the chance of making any of you unwell. You and I have been here before. Please also do what is right for community. If you feel unwell, please do not come. Yoga at Northy Gym has been put on hold as their doors shut today at noon. I feel yoga has never been more important to maintain our sense of self and well being. I'll attempt to come to you online with a class or two in the week ahead. 09.01.2022 Hello! Two things about class this weekend. 1. I will teach the class live on SATURDAY 3:30pm -5pm to avoid clashes with Mother’s Day. Fingers crossed the class is a keeper and you can also do it in your own time. 2. Class this weekend will be in support of the Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation. https://7from7.hamlin.org.au/ This is a hardworking organisation who provide surgery to women and girls in Ethiopia who suffer from obstetric fistula. $700 giv...es a life changing operation. I find that amazing. I got an email from them asking for a $7 donation and for me to ask 7 others to donate $7 as well. So don’t pay me!
