25.01.2022 As scary as it can be when it’s perceived as loss, it’s beautifully freeing to let go of people that don’t align with who you are or becoming, or you them. But you can’t blame others, you’re really holding yourself back because there’s a payoff in keeping them in your life too. It keeps you feeling & knowing where you’re at (it’s what we know & ego loves to keep us in a space it’s familiar with, too scary & unsafe to venture into the unknown) plagued by fear of ‘what if I... end up alone? what if I regret it?’ Which supports your Inner mean girl/guys opinion of you, and indicative of an inability to trust self. More power to the unconscious belief systems (and you may not even be aware of what they are because you’re not doing the inner work) And from that place of focus is where you create your reality. which is reflecting your innermost thoughts, feelings & beliefs about yourself. Take a look, you’ll find a direct connection.. Then in it’s own warped way proves your theories right, because humans will always find ways to prove ourselves right, even the smallest thing and run with it. And that keeps you playing small because the general feeling about self is that you’re not enough somehow, smart enough, interesting enough, materially successful enough. But if you get really honest with yourself, may find you’re scared because you don’t know who you are without that story or those feelings or those people. They may have a negative impact on you but at least you know this feeling, it’s got a normality to it. And here you are putting up with it hoping they’ll eventually see you. So why not value yourself more, than those that don’t see you! That can’t meet you cause you can only meet someone at the depth of which you’ve met yourself! Send them off with love let them go, create space for new because life happens like that. Get curious about your calling, something bigger than you, we r being invited to deepen + come home to self because there’s every chance you could be more centred, grounded. Embark on your journey, the life you are meant to live, sans the weight of not being enough. #knowyourworth

19.01.2022 I’m so proud of my veggie garden.. I have kinda fluked it, but I’m fluking it less the more I do.. the more I care about my own wellbeing the better I am in my garden.. Wellness begins within.. it all begins within. And here’s a fun fact.. Every 35 days your skin replaces itself and your body makes new cells from the food you eat, what you eat literally becomes you! ... Choice is yours.. I’ll take feeling like over . And I know this to be true because I can see which bits of me are made of Ben and Jerry’s
