12.01.2022 I am completely overwhelmed by the length of my closure and the length of my waiting list and not know when I can reopen. So I can not add any more names to my waiting list so sorry to all my clients that did not get the opportunity to add there name.

12.01.2022 I am working towards zero contact. Please put your dog on a secure lead and place the lead over the pole by the entrance to my shop. If you cannot secure your dog safely, or would prefer, please place your dog into the cage. Payment can be left in the till on top of the cage. If you require change, pay at drop-off and I will make sure there is change in the till on pick-up. I am ensuring that there will be a half a hour gap between clients so as to reduce likelihood of contact with others. Please be on time for drop off and pick ups so that we are all able to limit our interactions.

10.01.2022 I will be permitted to reopen from the 29th of September, pending Victorias Covid-19 cases reaching the desired threshold to go into the next stage of lessened restrictions. Once I am able to reopen, I will begin to re-book customers, prioritising those who have had existing appointments cancelled first. Once everyone on the current cancellation/wait list is given an appointment, I will reopen my online bookings to existing customers. I will not accept new clients for the foreseeable future. Due to the length of my closure, it will take some time to catch up to demand.

08.01.2022 As I am not a retail business I need to close until restrictions are lifted for residential groomers once I am able to reopen, I will be working my way down my waiting list once I get to your name on the list I will be in contact to book you in. There is around a 12 week backlog. I am no longer accepting new clients or adding to my long waiting lists as my schedule is full. If your dog looks matted please don't wait for me to fit you in please find a retail business that is open and get your dog groomed sooner rather then later.
