12.01.2022 Picnic Wine! Riesling often gets a bad rap. Some find it too sweet, or too acidic. If you are in one of those boats, you should give Tasmanian riesling a go. Tasmanian rieslings can be elegant, textural, floral, and with very balanced acidity. ... Serge’s ’12 Carlei Estate Tasmanian Riesling is all of those things and more! Expect lime, jasmine, on the nose, stony minerality, on the palate with a slight oily texture for great length. Drink in the sun, or store it in the cellar if you can keep your mits off it! See if it changes your mind about Riesling!

11.01.2022 It’s around this time of year everyone remembers how much they love Rutherglen Muscat! Which is exactly why Sergio Carlei has been making Muscat for years! Carlei’s Muscat is an absolute delight. Expect spicy cola & Christmas cake on the nose, followed by dark chocolate, espresso, bread and butter pudding on the palette! I told you it was delightful!... What makes this wine even better, is that each year, Sergio tops the barrel up with more Rutherglen Muscat, to ensure it reaches a high quality & complexity. This Muscat barrel has juice stretching back from over 20 years ago, and we have no plans of stopping anytime soon.
