09.01.2022 Hi everyone sorry things have been a little quiet on here lately I have been in and had hand surgery 2 weeks in 6 to go for recovery may take 6-12 months to regain movement and feeling but had my cast off today so will be able to get back in the kitchen a little more give me some ideas of things you love to cook or things you would like to see being made

06.01.2022 Packing away the groceries and discovered 2 punnets of raspberries that had got lost in the back of the fridge instead of throwing them out or to the chooks I whipped up a batch of raspberry jam took 2 mins to throw the ingredients in the bowl I then set thermi and forget 28mins later thermi beeps at me and I have beautiful fresh raspberry jam .
