10.01.2022 Heres my first attempt at a YouTube drum lesson. It was a lot harder than I thought. I dont find it that easy to speak coherently on camera, haha. Adding the transcriptions into the video was time consuming as well. Hopefully there will be many more video lessons to come. This lesson is aimed at kids and beginners. If you know someone who is interested in learning drums please pass this on to them. Id love to get some feedback as to whether they get some value out of this video and can actually learn the song from this video. Thanks

04.01.2022 Heres a piece I recorded for Jack Ridge. Its got some interesting time changes in it. The time signature could be considered 7/4 but when I was playing it I was thinking groupings of 8th notes, 5-5-4. Its a really good exercise to come up with a random time signature or groupings and try to create something to fit. If you practice it enough to be as comfortable with it as 4/4 then youve mastered it.
