12.01.2022 Carlo’s passion for cooking began at age 15, while spending time with his grandmother and family in Italy. He experienced firsthand the simplicity of authentic Italian cuisine; using high quality ingredients and letting them speak for themselves. Carlo’s father was from the Valtellina in the Lombardy region of Northern Italy, on the Swiss border and his mother was from the Veneto region near the Austrian border. He learnt that the two different regions each gave their own ver...sion of some classic dishes, along with some that are unique to each area. Experience for yourself some of Carlo’s favourite dishes in his own ‘cucina’ (kitchen). Come and share in his passion for cooking and hospitality in a relaxed and comfortable space.
