24.01.2022 The fires have effected so, so many of our wonderful food and wine suppliers. Our restaurant menus, markets and supermarket shelves, won’t be the same for some ...time. Tragic, heartbreaking stories all across Australia. Against this backdrop, I met one of the most inspirational people I met in a long time. John the Oyster Man. He grows and sells Sydney Rock oysters at Wonboyn. Gold medal winning beauties. Lost his house on the weekend, whilst delivering oysters to Melbourne’s best restaurants and farmers market’s. Lamaro’s purchased the rest of his stock in the truck (150 dozen) and is giving them away with as much Brewmanity beer as you can drink, Thursday evening. Just put $50 in the bucket for those who need it most. Come on down, we kick off at beer o’clock. The more the merrier. Please share.
