24.01.2022 This delicious crunchy Paleo style muesli is a great topper for fresh fruit, smoothies, yoghurt or fantastic on its own as a quick and yummy snack on the run.

22.01.2022 This is one recipe you have to try this Winter. Inspired by a delightful glass at Ponyfish Island in Melbourne recently, this recipe will definitely make at least one appearance each winter in our home from now on. Easy, yummy and a little bit fancy... makes me smile. Oh and if you look closely you can see the reflection on my high-class iPhone taking the photo ha!

20.01.2022 Perfect for spreading on flatbread or dipping with veggie sticks...

18.01.2022 It’s no secret that I love Asian flavours. This recipe for Asian sticky ribs is full of flavour while still being simple and relatively healthy. You’ll surprise yourself and impress your guests. Delish. I’ve used both beef and pork for this recipe and the results are equally yummy. Also, you'll notice step by step images to make it easier to follow.

18.01.2022 It may have taken near a year to finally post but my mayonnaise recipe is finally up Better late than never. Pictured is my handwritten recipe book, the one that I use as I am creating recipes. There’s a bit of a back log of recipes waiting in there ready to be published (and photos waiting to accompany them) so hopefully this year I’ll make SPACE to share them. Wish me lunch #2019makingspace

17.01.2022 Just made this recipe using lamb shanks instead of beef cheeks and it was amazing! Also swapped the wine for 4 fresh chopped tomatoes (we only half a bottle of wine and chose to drink it instead of cooking with it). Yum! Cooking in the slow cooker in winter is a winner! What's your favourite slow cooker meal?

16.01.2022 Spring means Asparagus Keep it simple with fresh flavours: lime, feta and some roasted almonds

15.01.2022 Just attended Selah's orientation morning for Pre-prep! School term baring down upon us. Got me thinking all things school lunches and organisation. What are your favourite tips, recipes, sites for school lunches?

15.01.2022 It's been a while... Thanksgiving inspired This recipe was my favourite to photograph thus far. It just looks so yum! And it was. Enjoy xxx

15.01.2022 These sugar-free, raw chocolate treats make the perfect healthy alternative to processed chocolate over the Easter period. Raw cacao is full of magnesium and high in antioxidants, while coconut oil improves digestion and immunity. I bought a cheap $3 chocolate mould from Coles to make these cute shapes. Selah loves them... perhaps a little too much #eastertreat

15.01.2022 Freezer Fudge is one of those things you make because it’s good for you. You know the times when you’re trying not to eat ‘bad’ food so you make a ‘healthy treats’ then end up eating so much of the 'healthy treat' that it's actually an unhealthy treat? Yep, This is one of those recipes. If you have self-control, you should definitely give this one a whirl. But if you are like my husband who now polishes off a batch within a couple of days, then maybe don’t bother. It’s too good.

05.01.2022 Yeah baby! Dumpling sauce recipe is live This dumpling sauce recipe never disappoints. 03.01.2022 For over thirty years our family has used the same pudding recipe. The sweet fragrance of batches of puddings boiling on the stove would fill our house from late November as my mum would prepare to gift them to family, friends or to a School Raffle. I took on the responsibility of making the puddings when I was about twelve. I hope one day to pass it onto my own children. Although our Australian Christmas is more suited to cold desserts like Ice cream pudding, there is nothing like a traditional boiled Christmas pudding adorned with a brandy flame to make Christmas feel extra special. This is a treasured family recipe.

Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper and place in the fridge to harden. More details below...
