24.01.2022 Well done to our CARMA drivers Asher Johnston and Jayden Wanzek for receiving their awards at the SA Motorsport Awards Night last night. Asher collected SA Motorsport Racing Driver of the Year, along with his 1st place trophy for the Excel Championship. Jayden collected Motorsport Australia Future Star and the 2nd place trophy for the Excel Championship. Well done guys!

22.01.2022 A nice read up on Lap Records at Phillip Island. Yours truely still holds the Outright lap record at Phillip Island at an average speed of 190kph! This was set 20 years a go, maybe we can see a CARMA graduate knock this of in the future...

18.01.2022 Excel Drivers that would like to have some quality coaching time, this day at Mallala is the perfect time to get this to happen! Simon and Jayden will be working with the drivers analysing data, studying footage and even Jayden will complete laps in your car for back to back comparisons. Post event reports are also completed, allowing you to see the areas to strengthen, and the ways to manage this. The whole day is an open pitlane, so many laps can be run as you want. Also ...this is one of the couple of chances to get onto Mallala prior to round 1, so it’s a must for anyone wanting good quality laps! Bookings through Misch's Excel Garage Ph.0477940020

14.01.2022 Good day our yesterday at the Bend. At the Supercar round earlier in the year, Circuit Excel SA offered up a prize of a Toyota 86 test day for three ‘young guns’. This was put together with Dean Canto and Buik Motorsport, where CARMA also was involved in helping out on the day. Riley, Jayden and Aaron drove really well, and although the laps were less than expected, they all got to grips with it all very quickly and showed us why they received this award. Well done to all and look forward to seeing their progression!

08.01.2022 Yesterday was the first coaching day for CARMA! Jayden Wanzek Motorsport was on hand to help out for the day utilising the experienced he has gained over the last two seasons with CARMA. Jayden jumped into the each of the cars that were involved to help assess where their cars were at, and give baseline data for the drivers to then be evaluated from. ... With it being an exclusive Excel day courtesy of Misch's Excel Garage, (many thanks), it was great to have so much running to draw from and give good direction to our runners. From this I, (Simon), will write up some reports that will help give them a progression path to work on for the future. All in all, a great first up day, and looking forward to the next one! 08.01.2022 CARMA has some exciting plans in store for the future. For now I'm just finalising a few things and I'll be making it known what the future holds, with coaching and managing over a larger scale. 02.01.2022 Can't forget to mention Nick Scaife in achieving a new personal best result with a 5th overall in the final at Round 4! We ramped up his training this round with a tweaked set up and driving to a process and he delivered. Looking forward to seeing him progress even more from here on.
