15.01.2022 Slow cooker weather is here Beef Rojak Curry 750 grams Chuck steak cut into cubes 2 carrots peeled and chunky chopped... 2 potatoes peeled and chunky chopped 2 cups broccoli and cauliflower 2 tablespoons Rojak Curry spice 1/2 cup plain flour 2 teaspoons cornflour 2 cups boiling water 2 teaspoons Field Mushroom Salt drizzle of Roasted Garlic Smash Oil Method Peel and cut your carrots and potato and place in slow cooker Dice beef and put into a plastic bag with flour and toss to coat the meat, remove excess flour, then add rojak curry spice to coat In a frypan drizzle Roasted Garlic Smash oil and add the beef a handful at a time to sear it seal before adding to the slow cooker Once all beef in slow cooker add boiling water and Field Mushroom Salt (I use this ilo stock) Set your slow cooker to high for 3 hours Add the broccoli and cauliflower and mix through If the curry needs to be thickened remove 1/2 cup of liquid from the slow cooker and add 2 teaspoons of corn flour and mix, then add it all back into the slow cooker and mix through. Cook on high for another 2-3 hours - serve with rice, or on toast or by itself with fresh crusty bread See more

14.01.2022 Pineapple Chunk Choc Powder ideas Ice Cream Mix Pineapple Chunk Choc Powder through vanilla ice cream return to freezer for an hour then serve in a waffle cone ...or in a bowl. I used a tablespoon of choc powder to 2 scoops of ice cream Pineapple Chunk Mousse Mix 1.5 tablespoons Pineapple Chunk with 150ml double cream return to fridge to allow the pineapple pieces to soften. Serve with wafers or eat by the spoonful.
