16.01.2022 Hi all, here are some simple breathing exercises to help with calming our minds and bodies during these strange times. Hope you find them helpful. Stay safe and well. From Equilibrium Wellness: Last year my dear friend Carmela and I hosted a breath work workshop that was well received. We have been working on ways to make this offer online for those of you who are not in Melbourne. Breath is very important in our well being. Lungs are known as second heart and aligned to pr...ocessing grief. Many exist in a state of overwhelm and our current circumstances would now have created an environment for so many to be in this state. When we are in overwhelm we become shallow breathers. Also, in the present environment there is a huge energy effect as the collective processes grief both past and present. So I asked Carmela if she would provide some breath exercises that were easy to do and did not take much time each day to support our breath and strengthen our lungs. This video contains the exercises Carmela has chosen to share from many that are available. There are always variations, of course.
