23.01.2022 Adventurers Open Day This year, the Adventurers Clubs of WA have wanted to host an Open Day event for all of the churches and families in our area. As such the ...annual Adventurers Camp has been replaced with a one day event on the 25th of October at Advent Park. It is also open to any children between Kindergarten (4 years old) and Grade 4. There will be a live animal show, games, worship, obstacle course and craft. It is a great opportunity to introduce your young people and their families to Adventurers. If you have any children or families who may be interested in coming to this wonderful event please let them know as ticket sales close on the 16th of October. Kids Talents Competition There is an upcoming competition being co-ordinated by the GC of the SDA church. It would be wonderful to be able to highlight the unique giftings of our WA children.

Programme FRIDAY EVENING FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME #weRtheCHURCH in Lockdown: Stories of how the Adventist Church in the South Pacific is surviving and thriving in creative ways during the COVID-19 crisis. 1 hour SABBATH MORNING FAMILY PROGRAMME Kings Kids Singing, a Bible story, health message and craft based on the Primary Sabbath School Gracelink curriculum. The craft will be to make a noughts and crosses game. Materials needed: White paper for base Coloured paper to cut into strips for the lines (or use textas) Thin cardboard in two different colours to make the markers (or can use shells as markers) Scissors Glue Sabbath School An interactive experience for all ages using the Discovery Bible Reading method Worship service SPD President Pastor Glenn Townend presents #weRtheCHURCH: a special message on how Jesus gives the Church hope. 18.01.2022 Before COVID-19 closed church buildings, the Worship Committee developed a survey to gather information about the 11am church service and we would like you to complete this updated survey using the below link. In completing this survey, we would like you to reflect on the church services of the past. Your feedback will enable us to continue to create meaningful worship services for the whole congregation, when we are able to meet again. We are aware that for many, this time... of isolation has been a time of reflection as we have been forced to put normal on hold and do things differently: church, work, life. 15.01.2022 This sabbath (21st November) we are having church outside on the grass outside the sanitarium to share in an agape feast to celebrate the sacrifice Jesus made for us. We ask that if people are able to bring a picnic blanket or camping chairs to sit on. ( we will have the plastic chairs from the breeze way available too)

12.01.2022 We are so excited to see you all for the upcoming youth rally! Let’s refocus on Jesus together Here’s all the details you need: WHEN? Arrive at 10am, ready ...for the service. WHERE? You will find us at Advent Park in the Youth Shed. PARKING? Please park on the grass area to the right of the main driveway. Please do not try and drive through the boom gate. LUNCH? Yes! We will be providing lunch so we can all fellowship together after the service. And it’s haystacks of course! SOCIAL? After we finish up our lunch we will all head to Scarborough Beach to enjoy the sunshine and each other’s company. We will have closing Sabbath as we watch the sunset and there’s plenty of places for you to grab some dinner.
