24.01.2022 H A N D I N T H E K E L P Four fingers and a very big thumb rise up out of the dense Kelp. This is a dive site I haven't been to since I was in my early teens. Revisiting and freediving here has been something I have wanted to do for over 20 years! This place has a section of reef that is quite remarkable for a reason other than this natural rock 'hand' reaching for the warmth of the sun. Image Credit: Submerged Images Tasmania

01.01.2022 If you're a bird watcher there are many spots along the east coast to view our endangered and threatened species. Just 500m from the edge of St Helens is a designated bird watching platform as well as many other areas. Call into the St Helens Information Centre and pick up a bird watching booklet and enjoy all the local areas to catch our feathered friends.
