22.01.2022 By the end of December 2019 I accomplished my biggest yearly goal I deadlifted over 100 kgs. It took me a while to get there because of inconsistency and also no discipline through the winter period which left me out of training for 3 months. When you back at it, it's about finding your feet again before you can walk or run How's your End Game looking for 2020?... We did circuit training working 5 min Abs 15 min Bike 10 min Elliptical... 5 min Bench section I enjoyed this song so much I crushed out a dance choreography after this workout and did two dance sessions to it which was +- 10 minutes... 45 min done n dusted *All music played in the background not owned by me due to copyrighted laws*

14.01.2022 THURSDAY TRAINING 60KG BARBELL SQUAT FIRST ATTEMPT ... I ain't gonna lie this was heavy shizz Barbell squatting ain't really my fav piece to train if I am being completely honest just like when we find in life there's things we love to hate " est la vie " (Such is life ) I saw I came I conquered Mind Muscle Connection , Breathing , being fully composed and trying to hit technique is key factors to safety. Timing and concentration goes hand in hand - just knowing when you know its right. First rep was smooth , I steadied my stance even wider for optimal squatting on second rep , third repetition I could feel the weight for sure but I remembered to breathe and my strong voice appeared . Fourth repetition I had the weight full on lower body and my knees caved inwards abit , which is common but defo points to work on for maximum result . 12.01.2022 BARBELL SQUATS Ask me 2 months ago if I would this and the answer would of been straight up Nooo Now, .......... its a completely different push game This has taught me to believe !!!!... Did you know trying new things are good for our souls? I wanted to piss my pants times not knowing if my back could keep the weights whether my legs would cave in and to be honest if my butt could handle those low drops making it nearly impossible to gather the strength to PUSH with all my might without dripping pee from a weakened pelvic floor C O N F I D E N C E is a big long word .... Something I always had plenty of given my big background with sports from as young as eight. Thank GOD for enthusiasm because I am always looking at new ways to improve myself espescially through anything sports related. There comes a time when you realise you need a coach and my time is Now! There's just so much we can teach ourselves. Doing my own research and training into higher levels are goals but the extra boost to supercede above and beyond my own expectations is what I need right now. I need, * Accountability * Discipline * Strength * Self Improvement * Time Management * Nutritional Growth * Performance Goals And so on soon you will see a coach on my post , I am so excited for myself already! This is me doing 60kgs which felt feather light on Wednesday. I would not push it further even though I was tempted too. My level of strength has just pushed throughout the roof since starting this excellent program Blueprint to Cut I am continuously setting new personal best for myself

07.01.2022 DEADLIFT WORKS Today I lifted 110kgs My phone storage was playing up and my video ended but I successfully finished my lifts If I knew how to add up I could of had enough time .Nonetheless I stacked it up to 125kgs and I am not there yet although I am chasing it badly ...
