22.01.2022 Here are Santa and Jan helping make Karen's send off on 23rd Dec a fun occasion. Special thanks to Roger, and to neighbour Peter who contributed with verses written especially for Karen - it's not easy to rhyme anything with "Wurfel"!

19.01.2022 Karen's retiring - and she's given Carmoora's (almost) resident poet an occasion to show his style! Thanks Peter for your verses, limerick and two haikus. You have helped make this a memorable occasion for Karen and all of us!

15.01.2022 Already in December 2020 the covid vaccine ingredient likely to be causing side effects was identified and its role described. It is an additive in many existing medicines and is aimed at helping penetration of medication into cells. So it does not seem to be something that could be left out. The probable medical response will be to issue guidelines for identifying those who should be exempted, such as people of any age with allergies to certain substances, and people over 80 who are very frail.
