19.01.2022 Our Carnarvon campus Hospitality students had the opportunity of participating in the Long Table Dinner as part of this year's Gascoyne Food Council- Gascoyne F...ood Festival In partnership with Carnarvon Community College our students have been involved in the event since 2005 which provides a one-of-kind experience and forms part of their annual assessment. Our students get to work alongside some of Perth’s top chefs as they put Gascoyne ingredients in the spotlight in a tapas-style menu. This year we also welcomed back some former students who assisted as front of house staff. Congratulations to all involved in such a delightful (and delicious!) event.

For fun they looked at imaginery creatures to learn the strategy. The students used yes and no examples to work out the features particular creatures had in common. Then they drew their own creatures with the common feature. In the students' drawings can you work out what feature the creatures have in common?
