13.01.2022 A dual key design is ideal for those who want to have older parents or grandparents nearby. The design can either be 4 bedrooms or 3 on one side and 2 bedrooms on the other side. This design is also a great investment!! Check with your land estate guidelines if these designs are allowed or talk to me about dual key packages.

Clients now have 6months instead of 3 months for the builder to cut their block to qualify for the $25,000 grant (for a build contract signed before the end of December).I have been finding that the whole pre building process has slowed up considerably due to the large workload my builders have had.The timeframes for surveyors, soil tests and drafting to draw plans for Council has stretched right out, purely because my builders have had a massive workload. This extension will ease this pressure and will make sure that clients don’t miss out on receiving their money.
