25.01.2022 The first exhibition for a long time..... Reflections of covid 19. Looking forward to seeing all the works.

17.01.2022 2020 Help the Homeless Online Art Auction, held at www.artistschronicle.com/onshowfrom 5pm Sunday 21 June until 5pm 5 July. Beneficiaries are the Freo Street Do...ctor, Multicultural Futures and The Starlight Hotel Choir. All three provide an invaluable service to those in need medically and psychologically, who by a culmination of circumstances have found their lives changed and their self-esteem at its lowest ebb. I am putting in a sculpture and a painting for this great charity. Lots of beautiful art up for auction!!!!!!!!

13.01.2022 So happy!!!! Found this ply at a salvage yard which will become the tree like part of my Castaway sculpture. The ply is from the doors cut out for a dog kenne...l....perfect!! 06.01.2022 Finished my marquette for Castaways. Really enjoyed making this one. Now very exciting as I start the big one which will have a wooden base, approx 1.3 m high. ...I am going to use an arbortech to cut and carve it into a tree. New material to experiment with and an amazing tool to get used too!!! See more

02.01.2022 Made an error in the phone number for booking an artist talk for this Sunday. The CASM number is 95503989.11 to 12pm Sunday. I also did a one minute quick arti...st talk and did not talk about what I should have spoken about. So here it is!!! My sculpture 'Recovery' is inspired by the Blue Tree project where trees are painted blue to remind people to check on others who may be vunerable and to talk to people if you are not in a good place. The butterfly symbolises hope, new begininngs, the spirit and the soul. The tree spirit shows strength. See more
02.01.2022 The jigsawing is over!!!!! Half laminated, when all done, then the carving begins!!!! Upside down at moment....Hopefully she will have the rest of her body soon.
