20.01.2022 Di Farmer MP - Tonight I was very fortunate to represent Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk MP at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane. The show tonight was for emerging designers, and it was absolutely brilliant. However most brilliant of all was Carol Taylor, a hugely talented woman who became a quadriplegic through a car accident. She says that people with disability have been left out of the fashion conversation for too long. So she did something about it! And tonight she was showing her collection designed for women with disabilities. It was fantastic. It was an extra treat to see my friend Karni Liddell modelling for Carol. A huge congratulations to everyone involved with the Festival.
