15.01.2022 Worry and Anxiety and wishing things were different will never give you a positive mindset. How can it? If you keep ruminating about what hasn’t happened, the should of, the ifs, it’s because you are possibly living in blame mode. When will you take responsibility for your thoughts and the way you are showing up? ... If you are stuck in your beliefs, you are staying small. It takes a brave women to drop her BS, face and acknowledge her pain and decide enough is enough. Your life is precious and it is short. When will you stand up and own it and stop giving it away to a narcissistic parent who was/is not capable of loving you the way you deserve. 12.01.2022 Simply put EPIGENETICS is unresolved inherited patterns (issues, beliefs) that have been passed down your bloodline. You may have already noticed that you may have traits from your mum, she has traits like your Nanna and she has a lot like her mother, your great grandmother. That’s not so bad when we have inherited their good qualities. ... The problem is we don’t get to choose those. The good the bad and the ugly are also passed on. You may find you are constantly in conflict now as a women in your 30’s & 40’s with the women in your upline. They look at you as though there’s something wrong with you because you aren’t on the same page anymore. They still think you should be living your life in their shoes. The sad reality is a lot of women still conform because they fear being rejected by the very women who are meant to support them. And so they wear a mask instead of being real, they become people pleasers , resentful, angry, frustrated to name just a few. So I ask you how is that working for you? Have you suffered enough? Are you ready, willing and able to do things better? If you know you could be doing better but are not understanding why you are not, or why the same old BS keeps coming back, despite all the work you have already done on yourself. 11.01.2022 When our cultures have been fused with love this happens. Celebrated Alissas & Chetans Sungeet on the weekend. A pre wedding party in the Indian culture. We w...ere entertained and ate our favourite Indian foods, think Naan bread and Butter chicken and so much more. We met so many Aunties & Uncles who have welcomed us with open arms and we all danced the night away, even Nan, taking with us precious memories. Now we look forward to the wedding coming up as the celebrations continue. Our children now taking on their new traditions and families with them moving forward. Feel blessed with a grateful heart. 08.01.2022 We didn’t lose our daughter, we gained another son After a very long wait, the ups and downs of COVID 19, we are so grateful for the beautiful weekend, the l...ove from our new family, friendships far and near. She made it! Our beautiful Alissa is now Mrs Dogra and we couldn’t be happier to officially welcome Chetan into our family. Thank you from the bottom of hearts to all our friends and family who were able to celebrate with us. Now for a little recharge for us all

05.01.2022 The number one thing that keeps you stuck is your beliefs, your stories that you have on repeat. Everyday you get to choose again, so why are you still in your story if it’s not allowing you to be yourself, trust yourself, love yourself? If you are still blaming others instead of taking responsibility from now, this minute, then I guarantee you are still in the story. ... Get out of your stories and into your heart and your next action will be what is best for you, not someone else. You can’t be for someone else when you aren’t even showing up for yourself. I know you were always told that to do something other than meant you are either selfish, inconsiderate, even narcissistic. Putting your needs before your wants will release you from those stories you need to let go of. I’m here for you. It’s what I do. I did it for me so I sure can help you do it for yourself. That comes with my personal guarantee. The question is how much do you want that for yourself? It’s easier to stay in your story than it is to create a new one, but it sure is worth it. Are you ready though? That’s the question you need to ask yourself. If the answer is no, then you will continue to be in your stories and not in your heart so I can wait, but don’t take too long, your future self is depending on you
