02.01.2022 Vegan soap ball paired with our gritty ceramic bowl, handmade right here in Australia

02.01.2022 Thank you everyone for supporting our small business. We haven’t finished our year yet, still quite a few kiln loads to go to process your orders but we can now see the light. Did you know that each piece you buy, whether is be a small tag to a large platter is handled 10 times. The clay is rolled out, cut to shape, words pressed into the surface and then Left to air dry. It is cleaned then put into kiln for first firing. When the kiln has cooled it is taken out and glazed ...and then refired to a different temperature. Each piece is then carefully tied off with our natural twine, hand rolled beads and a piece of fired glass. Gift wrapped then sent to you. It is a long slow process and one that can’t be rushed. But the finished piece is a one off, thoughtful, handmade in Australia gift that we hope will be treasured for many years to come. Kim & I love what we do and take so much pride and care in each and every piece we make for you. Happy Wednesday x See more
