13.01.2022 Some of the last products of autumn from the garden are our Jerusalem Artichokes. They grow 2+ metres high, have sunflower type flowers and produce lots of tubers which can be eaten. They have a reputation for being difficult to prepare in a way that makes them good to eat - there are many references to their impact on the digestive system! Let me know your favourite tried and true recipe and the wine you would match with them - or maybe peppermint tea for its soothing properties

08.01.2022 Exciting news!! Caroline Hills is open for wine tasting and sales from the June long weekend in the afternoons. We are looking forward to welcoming visitors from across South Australia to our family winery.
