15.01.2022 It is 35 years since Michael held his first Easter Sale in the Restaurant Building. For the last 15 years or so it has been held in the Carisbrook Town Hall. This year the venue for the Easter Sale will be back in the Restaurant Building due to the Covid 19 restrictions on the use of Public Buildings. Wednesday 8th & Thursday 9th; 9.00 am - 6.00 pm.

07.01.2022 Last night our Havilah on Palmerston Diners club enjoyed a lovely evening at Caroline’s restaurant in Carisbrook where we were treated to delicious culinary del...ights, good company and some light entertainment with everyone expressing they’d love to go back again already. 01.01.2022 Today heath house and a couple of melaleuca residents went to Caroline’s Restaurant at Carisbrook for lunch. With lots of quirky things to look at everyone was... kept busy whilst enjoying some lovely food. Even the singing deer kept us entertained. A big thank you to staff Lesley, Kamini, Michele and Georgie who were well supported by staff who volunteered their time to join us, Jason, Janelle and Emily and student Trish. Without the support from staff I could not achieve these outings. So well done. Some great smiles showed the residents enjoyed their day out. See more
