01.01.2022 Announcement for residents around Thirroul & Austinmer: Whilst our precious pooches might be our best friends, fireworks certainly aren’t theirs. Sadly, dogs and other pets often don’t enjoy firework displays as much as we do but it doesn’t have to be this way. Here are some helpful points: - Secure your pets inside between 8.30pm & 9pm on Sunday 11th December 2016. - Make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise earlier in the day.... - Provide a safe place inside for your dogs to retreat. - Keep the windows and curtains closed. - Make sure all your dogs are wearing ID tags with a properly fitting collar. - Leave your dog something fun to do. #carolsbythebeachthirroul
