25.01.2022 Congratulations to both the sellers and buyers of these 2 amazing properties in The Vines. One of these was on the market with another agent in past and didn't get anybody through to view. 24.01.2022 Today the sold sticker went up at this fabulous property. This home had a massive turnout to the grand home open and....went under offer that day....7 days from going to market! The owners had a previous shot at selling with another local agent with no luck. We sat down and put together a pretty full on plan to help present the property to its best. Thankfully the sellers took it on board and did everything I asked of them and it paid off..under offer in 7 days! They contacted me and together we put a plan in place. They took on board everything I asked of them and it paid off....as sold off market. ...
