25.01.2022 I will be at 'Picnic on the Lawn' this coming Sat the 21st of Nov, it is a fabulous, relaxing day with great food and drink and live music and family friendly of course. Arm and Leg paintings, glitter tattoos $5 each and balloon prices start from $3. Hope to see you there:)

24.01.2022 Baby shower balloons. The lovely customer organised the foil balloons and wanted to know if I could include them in the designs. Which was easy to do. (I don't keep speciality balloons, like the foil ones in stock but I can order with enough notice). Ideally, 24 hours notice is appreciated for bouquets/sculptures. 20.01.2022 Oh my gosh, How gorgeous are these models *squeal* What a fun filled day at a private event at one of the most amazzzing places I’ve ever worked at Carinya Farm Holiday Retreat in Roland. You have to check this place out, the little touches are just Devine in every way. I just wanted to stay there all day:)

19.01.2022 I am so excited to let you all know that Caro's Face Painting will be attending Sea Fair on the Lawn on Sat the 10th and again on Sat the 24th of October. I will be offering complimentary balloons and a glitter tattoo/arm painting to the children, thanks to Marion Storm Maritime Cafe. 08.01.2022 Hi all, Geez I am missing everyone and hope you and your gorgeous fams are well:) Just wanted to inform you that I will be starting back in July, slowly and surely. And only taking small party or group bookings at the moment.... I will be offering arm and leg paintings only (until further notice) , glitter tattoos and balloon twisting. Also, happy to discuss some art and craft ideas for parties and will post more info regarding that soon. I also offer balloon bouquets and sculptures that can be delivered or picked up. If you are interested I have a Caro's Creative Works page where I sell paintings as well. I am still navigating my way through this "new normal" as are we all. I'm also busy putting the last details on my covid-19 plan and I would like to assure you that everyone's safety comes first. With all these new bookings, I will now have a new set of rules that I will need help applying, so your help and co-operation will be hugely appreciated. We still need rainbows, sparkles, love and laughter in our lives so that is the only thing I am keen on spreading;) I'm personally so grateful with all that was done to stop the spread of covid-19 within Australia (and especially Tasmania), we really are so very lucky. 05.01.2022 Happy Mother's Day. I had a lot of fun making up balloon bouquets for Mothers Day, so thank you to all the peeps who ordered. I also had a few bday balloon sculptures to drop off today as well. So it's been a fun weekend of twisting.... :)

05.01.2022 Hellllooooo all, I have had so much fun the last 2 weeks, I've worked at vacation care programs, day care, birthday parties and I have loved every minute. I am still only offering arm and leg paintings as well as glitter tattoos and balloon twisting. Not one child has even complained or begged to have their faces painted, they just accept that they can't, and enjoy what is on offer. Kids are awesome.... A few extras that I have been adding to birthday parties is glitter spray for their hair and stick on earings for those that want them. Happy to chat about balloon workshops for the kids too, so they can learn to make their own. I will keep you posted as to when I am back on track with face painting, but until then, there is still a lot of fun to be had. A few pics from over the years to showcase what I can still offer, I always have the best models:) Caro

02.01.2022 Silly me......I've managed to lose my spare set of keys .....again! well and truly this time. If anyone has a set of keys with a metal seahorse keyring on them and can't figure out whose they are, well I'm here to solve the riddle! I've done my fav trick of accidentally taking both sets of keys out and about and leaving one set lying around willy nilly. Hoping for a Christmas key miracle as a replacement key is an outrageous expense, can we go back a decade or two when a key was just a key with no electronical magic super power!!

01.01.2022 I wanted to ler you all know about a wonderful kid friendly place. Stumbled across Yimarra Farm on the weekend. What a fabulous find. Em and I had a wonderful day there, looking at the alpacas, enjoying the beautiful garden complete with lots of bonsai plants, perusing the gift shop (and couldn't help but buy some of the magnificent Tasmanian crafts) drinking coffee and playing chess at the table and trying some unusual fruit and edible flowers. I can not wait to take the ki...ds there. Hope you can check it out too, you'll love it. See more
