24.01.2022 I’ve been catching up on editing some images I made last year. Here I’ve taken out distracting background elements (door and shelf) and overlaid a texture on the background. Then I cropped the image (but you can’t see the portrait orientation 3x4 crop because it is square here. It’s all quite soft, warm and earthy now. 20.01.2022 These are the very ordinary photos taken on my iPad to accompany the model release forms for these kids that I photographed in Narrogin during the week. The first shoot was a very gorgeous family of four lovely little kids on a farm. The second was some awesome teen girls in town, and then a couple of their brothers/cousins on a bike. 20.01.2022 The kids have always loved going out to Lake Towerrinning with their friends whose families have boats. We are lucky to have this water playground only half an hour away from the farm. Well this summer the kids have been harping on at every chance they get that we we should have our own boat. And he who holds the purse strings has weakened enough that we are going to have a look at a boat and give it a try this afternoon. It’s a pity this has been decided on the last day of summer!

They were in #narrogin last week, and I had the pleasure of meeting the guys and photographing them for Arts Narrogin. The show started out with some history and culture, and progressed through all genres of music including Disco, Bollywood, old time musical, and hip hop. 11.01.2022 This is a photo that I took on Avenel Station in far west New South Wales. Pixie and her husband (station managers) had a few straggler sheep to shear. I was at the station visiting my daughter, who was governess to their two daughters who did their schooling through School of The Air. Photographing real people going about their everyday ordinary lives creates photos that are popular with government departments and business organisations for their brochures and websites.
