22.01.2022 One of our favourite things about this industry is when you meet an awesome group of people, you dance the night away, and then at the end you think, its a sham...e I won't get to see these guys again. And then one of their friends gets engaged and you get that email, basically saying lets hang out again! From our front of house team, kitchen staff to management and more all making personal donations to then our incredible clients who went out of their way to ensure they booked their function with us during January so that $150 went straight to those in need. 08.01.2022 food&desire is proud to have been the chosen caterer for a number of premium sites at this year’s Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix. We were ready to kick off a weekend filled with the best food, flowing drinks and revving engines! Following on from the official statement from Formula 1, their governing body FIA, and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation; we are sad to announce that all activity relating to the 2020 Australian Grand Prix has been cancelled. As an events company... with exceptionally high standards, we will continue to follow official advice, and take all precautions necessary to stop the spread of COVID-19. We are of course disappointed, however the health and wellbeing of our clients, guests and staff is paramount. In addition, we’re working to ensure as little waste as possible. Our amazing food is being distributed to charities so that it can still be enjoyed. Thank you for your love and support. #foodanddesire
