Project Salt had issues with the concrete deck around the pool dropping 30mm from the coping. This not only looked bad and was a trip hazard but it cracked tiles and put pressure on pool plumbing. We repaired the issues, replaced the tiles and modernised the look of the balustrade to 2019.

We just completed this top floor beach front unit renovation at Bilinga...bathroom and kitchen works. Shower leaking through floor downstairs and through wall into kitchen. Issues with wall cavity pipes and waste drain leaks. We not only fixed the issues but added value to the property in a downturn market.
