21.01.2022 This is a job that has been in the pipeline for a long time, this is the bottom level of a large home at mt ommaney on the river, this level is essentially built into the hill and the block work was not waterproofed correctly from the outside, so I have removed the internal stairs, a wine cabinet and wall against the block work so as the waterproofer could fully waterproof the walls and floor in this area. The main wall is now rebuilt and I finished the third coat of plaster this afternoon. Plaster to sand Monday morning then move onto rebuilding the wine cabinet frame.

20.01.2022 Today's job was to remove this old rotten set of stairs, build the new steps and install for a great repeat client of mine.
