20.01.2022 To all valued clients, BUSINESS AS USUAL! There’s a lot of information coming through from various news channels suggesting closure or shutdown in the coming weeks.... Until such time current appointments will continue. Again BUSINESS AS USUAL . In the event closure of non essential services happens I will endeavour to contact clients and reschedule work where & when possible. Measures to avoid this virus include, face masks, hand sanitiser , gloves and equipment/touch point disinfecting. 20.01.2022 Hi All, Business as usual! There’s a lot going on around the world at present. No doubt Coronavirus is top of mind.... Cleaning & sanitisation is an important part off slowing down the spread. Unfortunately there is no product currently available that will stop the virus so be careful off companies advertising and taking advantage off the current panic situation. Cleaning off carpets & upholstery will help in minimising impact in the home. At ChemDry we have products that can be used as a pre spray on carpets & lounge suites. Please ask if it’s something you would like applied and I would be happy to quote. Business as usual! With changes to how we operate happening daily and in particular the social distancing rules required you are still able have your carpets & upholstery professionally cleaned. For those who aren’t home we can arrange a key location on premises only known to the occupier and me. Upon arrival and leaving,clear communication with tenants/owner via phone to avoid any confusion and more importantly security is undertaken. ... If however you are home, you can move through your house to areas unoccupied, isolate yourself to the garden or go for a walk. Together we can work out a plan that works for us all and adhering to social distancing rules. Payment on completion can be made via eftpos terminal or direct transfer via online banking. Cash is also accepted. So if your were thinking of getting something done it’s still possible. Having a clean healthy home will go along way in helping fight and contain the virus. 05.01.2022 Hi all, Well as you know Greater Brisbane is in lockdown until Thursday 1 April,5pm. This means given the current directions provided by Qld Govt & CMO I am unable to preform any general work in your homes. The only work that can be conducted is to make safe. For example; Water Damage Restoration work, chemical spills or accidents arising from health related issues or making safe to prevent health related issues. Qld Health representative advised no general work can be con...ducted. As a precautionary measure and as advised I will be wearing a face mask whilst inside homes. Any other occupants will be required to isolate to another part off the house or outside. Contactless payment at completion is available. If you have had work scheduled for this week I will contact you today to reschedule and sort alternative arrangements. I appreciate your understanding with this matter as it’s out of my control and we must think health & safety above all.
