My advice for vinyl plank flooring and even laminates, timber etc is Never to ask the installer’s or the retailer’s to keep the cos...t down on the subfloor preparation ! Being fare on cost is one thing but if only 50% of the prep is done then you must expect a 50% less perfect job ! It doesn’t matter how good the product or the installer is... Floor Prep Is King !!! This one room in Alkimos Beach Estate had air bubbles risen to the surface which were sporadically all over the concrete pad.
