This is the ULTIMATE sewing techniques course, giving you all the knowledge and skills you need to make your stitches a success! Youll take home your own book of instructions, containing samples youve made yourself, with my help, during this full weekend workshop. I only teach four people at a time, so youll get plenty of one-on-one assistance. From straight seams to flat-felling, buttonholes, zips, turning... curves and points... I cover everything you need to go home and begin, and make sure you have a perfect finish every single time! Dont have your own machine? No worries! You can borrow one of mine, or purchase a basic machine (that youll learn on) through me for just $120! Join me at the Carriage House Studio in Portland for the weekend of July 30th & 31st 2016. The course costs only $300 to teach all the basics, as well as some intermediate and advanced techniques, calculations, and basic pattern reading too! Accommodation starts from only $20 per person, per night. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea fully catered. Lifts to and from the station also available.

Knitting Clinic starts weekly, th...is coming Monday from 9:15-11:15am at the Blue Gum Junction Cafe, cnr Williwa & Wolgan Sts, Portland NSW 2847. $15 includes two hours with your teacher, Bess, a bottomless cup of coffee, and some bikkies. We support Wrap with Love and other charities with knitting projects, too. Its a great way to learn!

There will be prizes for the winning team in each round. Games with prizes of hampers and vouchers! A balloon raffle with prizes for everyone who enters! A silent auction for some special gifts, and a fast and furious loud auction of collectibles, art, pampering and special nights out!
