15.01.2022 My kids are the best After a session with the amazing Naomi & then Tanya where my throat chakra came up twice to work on ~ (cough, cough, tickle, cough on the table lol). I decided to put a throat chakra music track on and pop a crystal on it. I'm lying there and I think of the times I kept quiet to keep others happy ..... then I started making this noise .... like a AaaaaaHhhhhh noise.... one by one each time something popped into my head I would make that sound. It got ...louder and longer ~ clearly my kids are use to weird shit because Riley comes along and says 'good work Mum' and gives me a cuddle... I suggest closing the door so the neighbours don't think I'm performing exorcisms and off he wanders ~ then Oti walks past and doesn't even bat an eyelid. Can I say how good this is !!! My throat opened up more and more and the weird soreness at the back has dissipated. This is my new thing until my throat chakra is glowing and flowing See more
