12.01.2022 Such a full on wonderful weekend in Sydney at the DoTERRA Convention and then business training today. Lots of walking = sore and tired feet. I honestly didn’t know how I would cope because I have not walked a lot since breaking my leg. . To be honest I have been scared. Scared that I would trip over and break something again. Scared of the pain that I know would be there because of the lack of walking I have been doing. Scared I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the other wo...men. It seems silly to say. Who would be scared of walking? But I was. And I say was because now it has totally changed. . This weekend has not only inspired me to help support other people with essential oils but also change my life. I feel like I can do anything. That I am capable to change my life and it’s by taking one step at a time. And I know when I do get any type of discomfort I can grab my oils and I’m good to go. .
